Romans 13:1 Everyone is to obey the governing authorities, because there is no authority except from God and so whatever authorities exist have been appointed by God.
Let us begin with an I love you and an Our Father…
The Congress.
I want to institute a congress of My love not just laws. What is a congress? A group of people instituted by governmental officials to form an acting congressional group of people that establish liberty and justice by laws in your country founded on God.
That is the original purpose but is not so now, only bribery, construed lies and manipulation hinder the truth and obstruct the law of the land. This is going to change for I will establish a new congress that will be implemented with a love for God and a renewed covenant with My people of the United States of America. You will know the difference because it will be from the Heart of God.
Yes, from My Sacred Heart, for I have given America a portion of My Heart upon this consecration. Today on this feast of My Sacred Heart, you will be blessed in abundance for your rededication to Me. I will pour out My blessings to all who honor and respect My laws and have given your lives to Me, mercy will be given.
Romans 13:2 So anyone who disobeys an authority is rebelling against God's ordinance; and rebels must expect to receive the condemnation they deserve.
I will rebuild this land, but first I must knock down and rid your land of the evil that has been imbedded and this applies to the congress who have implemented their tyrannical laws and infested the land with evil.
All those who have had their hands in immoral acts will be brought down and if they seek mercy from Me, mercy will be given and if they do not justice will prevail. Pray for your America, “where sin abounds, grace abounds much more" (Romans 5:20) and I will pour out My mercy.
Today the wheels of justice are set in motion and soon evil will be eradicated. Please recite a Hail Mary for each one of your congress men and women, so My Mercy will be given. Much cleansing needs to be done. I am with you always.
