Remain silent, children, and pray, pray without ceasing, being united with Me in silence, the silence of the inner heart that turns its gaze toward Mine, while living in the world and far from the world, while being united with Me. Noise cannot disturb the contemplative person. Silence, children, is in the man where I dwell, and silence is your peace, your safeguard, your shield invisible to outside eyes.
