MESSAGE FROM SAINT GENERALDO
(Saint Gerard): "Beloved brothers of Mine, I, Gerard, servant of the Lord and of the Mother of God, rejoice to come to meet you once again today, to bless you, to give you My Message, to pour out peace upon you.
Today, I want to say: overcome the devil, overcome him with your heart, overcome him with vigilance, trying to be attentive at all times to his temptation, to his evil suggestions, and trying to ward them off and overcome them as quickly as possible with prayer, with meditation, and above all, avoiding all the things that bring the remote temptation to become a close temptation in your life. If you have this vigilance over your souls, over yourselves, you will avoid all temptation and, therefore, you will avoid all occasion of falling into mortal sin, and then it will be easier for you to preserve yourselves in the grace and friendship of God and of Our Most Holy Queen Mary.
Overcome the devil with penance, with sacrifice, and especially with the mortification of your will, renouncing all your evil inclinations, all your disordered wills, all the interior movement that is contrary to God, contrary to His word, contrary to Our Most Holy Queen Mary and Her Messages, thus making your will and your thought truly converge with the will and the thought of the Lord, then you will defeat the devil and all his nefarious suggestions* and then your soul will walk on the road of grace, on the road of divine love without stumbling or falling at all.
Overcome the devil by meditating much, reading and imitating the lives of the saints, concerning the burning love they had for God, the flight and horror they had for all sin, the love and taste they had for prayer, the zeal they had for the salvation of their own and others' souls. And then you will truly overcome the devil, crushing him under your feet, as I myself did in union with Mary Immaculate.
I bless you all at this moment with love, I bless in a very special way all those who today with love hear My Message with an open heart saying yes. And I bless you also Marcos, the hardest and most dedicated of the servants of the Mother of God, and the dearest of My friends and of My devotees, and upon all of you now I pour an extraordinary, an immense shower of blessings and graces from Heaven.
