MESSAGE FROM SAINT GENERALDO MAJELLA
(St. Gerard Majella): "Beloved brothers of Mine, I, Gerard, love you very much. Tomorrow you celebrate the day of My Feast, the day when I was born to Heaven, to eternal life, the day when I went to Heaven to pray, to pray for all of you, who are My beloved brothers.
I love you very much, and I want to tell you that I look at you all with love, I love you all, and for all of you I pray without ceasing before the Throne of the Lord and the Mother of God. I look at you with love, I know you one by one, I want your salvation, I want to get you to Heaven, I want to bring you to the Lord and the Mother of God. This is why I invite you all to surrender yourselves to Me and let Me lead you along the path of true Love, perfection and grace, so that I can truly lead you along the safe path that will introduce you to the delights of Paradise.
I look upon you with love and although I know that you have faults, sins and miseries and I Myself know them all, I love you and desire to raise you from the dust, from the mire of your miseries and make you reach that perfection and holiness to which I Myself have reached and which God desires of all His children, for His greater glory, for His greater joy, for the greater exaltation of His Name, exaltation of the Holy Catholic Faith in the world and for your salvation and your good. Therefore, come to Me just as you are with your miseries and weaknesses, and I will lead you all, to that spiritual fortitude, that righteousness, that charity, that love, that temperance, that piety, fear of God, understanding, wisdom, and all the virtues that I had in My soul. I will transmit them to you, I will imprint in your souls My own spiritual features, that is, My virtues, and you will then acquire the same beauty and perfection that I have achieved by the exercise of the virtues and by My continuous effort every day to make Me better, to make Me holy.
Let yourself be led by Me, and I will impress upon you and transmit to you all these virtues, and I will truly make you reach that eternal beatitude that I have reached. Above all, I want to transmit to you My burning love for God and for the Mother of God, this flame of love that always burned within Me, that even drowned Me, that made My clothes so hot they almost burned. I want to transmit this love to your hearts, a love that will lead you every day to a deeper, more intense prayer, to a deeper and stronger intimacy with God, to a greater and more unshakable fortitude in sufferings and trials. I want to lead you to an unbeatable, invincible patience, so that in this world you suffer everything with patience for love of Jesus and Mary Most Holy, I want to give you, above all, My great love of virtue and My great horror of sin, so that you will be like Me, so that you will love everything that is holy and flee from everything that separates you from God, from everything that makes you lose sanctifying grace and become slaves of satan through sin. Above all, I want to set you on fire with true love for the Blessed Virgin Mary who was My great, secret, deep and burning love, She who was the secret of My perseverance, the secret of My virtue, the secret of My holiness, the secret of My salvation. Loving Her as I have loved Her, you will keep yourselves in grace, you will have the final perseverance, and you will finally reach Heaven.
Come to Me, then, I want to inflame you with the flame of love that was in My heart, and I will inflame you so much with this supernatural love, that you will forget every natural carnal impulse and will move only in supernatural love, in the love of grace, of the Holy Spirit, and you will overcome all the disordered love of yourselves, you will overcome all your evil inclinations that at every moment want to meddle* in your works, in your works done for God and in everything you do in your lives. And then your works will be pure before God, your prayers will be pleasing, and your life will be accepted by God as a gift, as a pure gift to which He will turn His gaze and truly bless you by giving you His Holy Spirit and transforming you into the greatest saints the earth has ever known.
So come to Me, pray the Rosary, pray all the prayers that have been given to you here, and I promise you that I will form you, lead you to the highest holiness that I have attained by giving you angelic beauty and making your soul become a garden blooming with all the virtues, all the good deeds with the highest holiness.
I bless you all at this moment with all My Love, and I pour upon you the efficacious graces that today the Most Holy Trinity has granted Me to give you for the passage of My Feast. Tomorrow, I will return again here to celebrate the glorious day of My arrival in Heaven together with you, you, here in this Shrine, in these Apparitions, who are the dear ones of My Heart, and above all, to celebrate with My most beloved Marcos, My most ardent friend and devotee, the day of My great Feast.
