"When you get in the car to go someplace, you must have the key with you. So I tell you, when you begin to pray, you must use the key of your heart so that your prayers can be transported to Heaven. If your heart is not in the prayer, you are just reciting words or reading words which do not reach My Heart."

"You keep track of car keys very carefully. In a similar way, be cognizant of where your heart is when you begin to pray. I desire that your every prayer transports you to Heaven by means of union with Divine Love. Free your hearts of distractions. Surrender to Me every difficulty or concern. Then we will travel together into perfect union."
