Blessed Mother is here as Mary, Refuge of Holy Love. She says:

"Praise be Jesus." She is wishing everyone here a happy feast day. She says: "I desire to pray with the people now;" and She is holding Her hands out over everyone. She says: "There are some here who will be healed. There are others who will be assisted with My grace in carrying their crosses."

"Dear children, I thank you for coming today. I invite you to open your hearts to Holy Love and be anointed with the Spirit of Love.I invite you to be united as one, in the Flame of My Heart, and surrender to Me your lives, your hearts. I wish to lead you along the path of Holy Love and into the New Jerusalem." She is giving us the Blessing of Holy Love.
