Show your children why Christmas is celebrated!

- Message No. 359 -

My child. My dear child. Thank you for coming to Us today. We appreciate it very much, for We know the little time you have left for your loved ones.

My child. Tell Our children to reflect, for soon it will be your Christmas, but reflection is lacking in most of them. They run around, stressed or exuberant, but they do not prepare for Christ's birth over 2000 years ago.

This feast is very special for all God's children worldwide. Unfortunately, it is only the Christians and approximate religions who celebrate this feast for what it is, and also -and especially among the Christians- the birth of My Son is more and more pushed into the background, because instead of worshipping HIM, receiving HIM with joy and getting involved in this wonderful experience, which was given to you for your redemption, i.e. the ascent into the Kingdom of Heaven after your physical death, you rather think about externalities and thus forget the meaning of this feast and what it entails for you, as children of God.

My children. Wake up and break out of the pretense, the glamor, the gifts and the superficialities of the devil, because it is the birth of Christ that is being celebrated, and as such, love, joy and contemplation should be in your hearts and should be in the forefront!

Of course, you may dress up. We too, 2000 years ago, did so and dressed ourselves festively and cleanly and neatly for the Lord, for only he who is pure within and without will come before the Lord (symbolically).

Make the little ones happy, but don't put materialism in the foreground. Show your children why Christmas is celebrated! Tell them stories of Us and attend Holy Masses with them. Celebrate this wonderful, hopeful and redemptive feast in a contemplative way and show the Lord your greatest respect!

No one needs (much) money to celebrate this feast full of hope and joy, because it is the feast of love, contemplation, joy in the Lord and hope, because the Savior was born to you, and with HIM you will enter into the glory of the Father. So give yourselves to Jesus! Give your YES to HIM! And leave all the hype, the glamor and the theater, because it is only a distraction from the essential, and the core, the goodness of these Holy Days are lost for most of you.

So trust completely in the Lord and begin to live these days in the same way: full of love, in joy, contemplative and in anticipation. Anticipation of the Lord, because the Savior has been born to you. Amen.
